Louis Field Of Hominy, Okla. Dies

Mr. and Mrs. Homer Beam of Browning received word of the death of their nephew, Louis Field, of Hominy, Okla.

Mr. Field was born Sept. 11, 1925 at Lewistown, Mont., and died March 4 in the City Hospital in Hominy.

Mr. Field was injured in an auto accident in California in 1946 and has been paralyzed from the neck down since that time, confining him to bed for 24 years as a quadraplegic.

In 1959 he bought the Hominy News and has served as editor and publisher since that time.

Survivors include his mother, three sisters and five brothers.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on March 6 in the First Baptist Church of Hominy with burial in City Cemetery there.
