BELL EVERETT FLEMING

Passing of B. E. Fleming

IPAVA — Bell Everett Fleming, son of John and Elizabeth K. Fleming, was born near Ipava, March 20, 1853 and died at his home in Ipava, Friday, February 14, aged 76 years.

He was first married to Miss Marvel Freeman. Two sons, Vane Fleming of Chicago and Lester, deceased, were born to them. Mrs. Fleming preceded him in death many years ago and he was again united in marriage to Miss Dora Mark, who together with two sons, Arthur and Herbert, survive.

Mr. Fleming passed most of his life on his farm where he was a prosperous influential farmer and a friend to everyone. He has the respect of everyone and we heard it remarked on all sides that Mr. Fleming did not have an enemy. Moving to Ipava years ago, he was associated until his health forbid, with the Trickey Hardware store.
