MRS. ALEC FREEMAN

Mrs. Alec Freeman

SUMMUM — Died, at her home near Otto on last Thursday morning, Mrs. Alec Freeman, aged 82 years. Death came sudden and peaceful. We have no particulars; only remember her as a good, kind, motherly woman, being a Universalist in faith. She believed Jehova too kind and loving to pursue and punish his children through all eternity for the few mistakes they made in this short life; that man if he knows the right is inclined to do it; that mankind will finally be holy and happy because it is the will of God, and his will cannot be thwarted. She believed in the law of kindness, of honesty, justice and lived without fear and died without dread, thus escaping the consequence of orthodox creed.
