Flora Ferguson

VERMONT — News was received here the past week of the death of Mrs. Flora Ferguson, in the vicinity of North Platte, Neb., who was accidentally shot by her husband. The report received by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Crail, states that she had accompanied her husband out on the prairie to shoot prairie chickens and, as they were about to start home and she was in the buggy, the gun in the hands of her husband, who was standing near by, was discharged, the load lodging in her shoulder and body, and that she died before they could reach home. She was well known here and her many friends are pained to hear of her death.
