Mrs. Antonia P. Emmons, 75, of 7S241 Fairview, Downers Grove, formerly of Astoria, died at 9:55 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18, 1980, in Hinsdale Community Hospital.
Born Dec. 4, 1904, in Bath, a daughter of Charles and Mary Rochester Horstman, she married William R. Emmons May 3, 1924, in Pekin. He died Oct. 20, 1964. One son, Merrill, also preceded her.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Ralph (Doris) Scott of Long Wood, Fla.; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one brother, Ray Horstman of Peoria.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Hurley Funeral Home, Havana, with Rev. L. Arvil Bass officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening.
