Joseph Ebbert, aged 80 years, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. H. O. Hughes in Lewistown Saturday night. He had been ill only one day with heart disease.
Mr. Ebbert was born July 7, 1856. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Hughes of Lewistown, and Mrs. Emma Larson of Canton, and one son, W. H. Ebbert of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Mr. Ebbert was well known in his community, having formerly lived here.
Funeral services were held in Lewistown yesterday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Canton.
