Richard Burk Elliott of Topeka, Kansas, passed away Thursday of last week. Mr. Elliott was a brother of Mrs. James M. Onion of this city and was aged 72 years. He was raised near Summum but has resided in Kansas for many years. Death resulted from paralysis, he having suffered a second stroke on the Monday preceding his death.
