She was born March 20, 1968, in Davenport, Iowa, a daughter of David (and Christine) Welch and Beverly (and Paul) Adams, they all survive. She married Jeffrey Wayne Diseron in Rushville on June 8, 2002. He survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Jamie (and Patrick) Draughan; one sister, Danielle Welch; and three grandchildren, Jordan, Carson and Dax Draughan.
She graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 1986. After high school she pursued a Bachelors of Art degree at Western Illinois University. She worked at Wells Fargo in Macomb for many years.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A Celebration of Life will be conducted at a later date. The Triplett and Wood Funeral Home of Rushville is in charge of arrangements.
