She was born Nov. 19, 1983, a daughter of William “Bill” and Carol Martin Demaree. She was engaged to Cole Hood of Rushville. He survives.
Also surviving are her father of Springfield; one son, Carter McCombs of Rushville; one stepdaughter, Cali Hood of Rushville; one sister, Danielle Demaree of Arkansas; and three brothers, Todd Demaree, Mark Demaree and Mike (and Shelly) Demaree, all of Rushville.
She was preceded in death by her mother; and one brother, Christopher Demaree.
She graduated from Rushville High School with the class of 2002 and attended Spoon River College. She worked at Roger’s Bakery for many years.
Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. Saturday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Pastor Greg Bartlett officiating, with a memorial service to follow.
