Jack DeushaneJack R. “Randy” Deushane, 68, of rural Lewistown died at 6:42 p.m. Dec. 9, 2022, at OSF St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Bloomington.

He was born Sept. 14, 1954, in Canton, a son of Vilas J. and Anna Rose Lidwell Deushane. He married Mary R. Crowell on Dec. 20, 1980, in Armington. She survives.

Also surviving are two children, Daran (and Alyssa) Deushane of Glasford and Deanna “Dee” (and Jason Stambaugh) Deushane of Astoria; one brother, Dewey (and Patty) Deushane of Canton; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He was a 1973 graduate of Cuba High School and a graduate of Eureka College. He worked at MSD from 1995-2005 and was a member of Laborers Local 231 of Pekin. He and his wife have worked together raising crops, livestock, goats and cattle on their farm.

A service will be held at 1 p.m Friday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Pastor Mike Arnett officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to services. Burial will be at Providence Cemetery in rural Lewistown.

Memorials may be made to any charity of the donor’s choice.
