She was born April 12, 1950 in Rushville, a daughter of Harry and June Danner Dutton. She married Mike Davis on May 1, 1970, in Astoria. He survives.
Surviving are two sons, Brant Davis of Rushville and Matt (and Adrienne) Davis of Browning; one daughter, Amy (and Dan) Shaw of Rushville; one brother, Jim (and Robin) Dutton of Stuart, Fla.; one sister, Becky (and Greg) Lundeen of Vermont; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She was a homemaker. and helped at Davis Flower Shop in Astoria. She worked at Astoria Fiber Steel and KK Stevens Publishing Co., both of Astoria. She was a CNA at McDonough District Hospital and was a special education aid for Rushville-Industry Schools in Rushville.
Funeral services were held Sunday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Jason Triplett officiating. Private burial was held in the Astoria Cemetery.
Memorials in Peg’s memory may be made to Schuyler County Humane Society or to her family in care of the Marine Bank, Rushville.
