Audrey Maxine Davis, 92, of Havana died at 2:50 a.m. April 6, 2021, at Graham Hospital in Canton.

She was born March 22, 1929, in Sheldon, a daughter of Earl and Erma Edwards Rhoades. She married Merle Ivan Davis on Nov. 24, 1947, in Mount Sterling. He preceded her in death on March 15, 2010.

She also was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, Lester and Ray Rhoades; and two sisters, Virginia Bushell and Betty Harn.

Surviving are two daughters, Norma (and Steven) Knapp and Diann Pomeroy; two sons, Leslie (and Donna) Davis and Gary (and Lisa) Davis; one brother, Bob Rhoades; one sister, Joyce Wittlesey; nine grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

She was a homemaker and a farmer’s wife. She was one of the cooks at South Fulton Grade School and volunteered once a month at Lincoln Christian Nursing Home.

She was a member of Havana Church of Christ.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Bill Boyce officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana.
