She was born Oct. 12, 1912, in Lewistown, a daughter of Robert and Venus Wilcoxen Hummel. She married Charles S. Duncan on Jan. 5, 1937. He died Aug. 15, 2000.
She also was preceded in death by one son, C. Lee Duncan; one daughter, Jowellyn Clifford; four brothers; and four sisters.
Surviving are one sister, Anna Beadles; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker, and farmed with her husband for many years.
She was a member of Isabel Church where she taught Sunday school for many years. She also was involved in 4-H and Spoon River Drive.
Services were held Tuesday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Reverend Ray Greenfield officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
