Jerry DavisJerry D. Davis, 68, of Lewistown died at 8:35 a.m. Nov. 15, 2009, at Mason District Hospital Emergency Room.

He was born Dec. 2, 1940, in Canton, a son of Ernest M. and Cleo N. Moorehouse Davis. He married Florence “Flip” Hamm Row on June 2, 1978, in Springfield, Mo. She survives.

Also surviving are one stepdaughter, Connie Thomsen of Belton, Mo.; one brother, Don Davis of Mesa, Ariz.; one sister, Donna Davis of Lewistown; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one stepson, Donnie A. Row.

He worked as a coal miner retiring in 1995 from Buckheart Mine.

He was a member of Alligators Club and UMWA.

He was of Methodist faith.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Rev. Ray Greenfield officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana.
