She was born Oct. 2, 1941, in Frederick, a daughter of Lester Giles and Theora Grace “Jackie” Steele Campbell.
Surviving are her father of Kentwood, La.; two sons, Robert Lee and Richard Allen (and Maureen), both of Mesa; two sisters, Virginia Kay Allen of Kentwood and Carol Ann Muncy of Altus, Okla.; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
She was a member of Mesa Christian Church.
She was a saleswoman for Hi-Health in Mesa.
Services were held Friday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. Mary Arnold officiating. Burial was in Good Hope Cemetery.
