Kevin Alan DeWitt, 12, of Virginia died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2005, at St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis of natural causes.
He was born Dec. 29, 1992, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, the son of William and Jodi Mohlman DeWitt.
Surviving are his father of Virginia; his mother of Cuba; one sister, Sherri DeWitt of Virginia; two grandmothers, Stella (and Edward) Carrigan of Jacksonville and Kay (and Steve) Moehring of Havana; one grandfather, Clayton Mohlman of Summum; and one great-grandmother, Bertha Smith of Havana.
He was preceded in death by one grandfather, Dennis Gene DeWitt.
He was in the sixth grade at Virginia Junior High School. He enjoyed music, swimming, and computer and video games.
Services were held Dec. 27 at Massie-Buchanan Funeral Home in Virginia. Burial was in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
