Funeral Rites Held Friday For Fred Danner

Funeral services for Fred L. Danner of Browning, who died Wednesday morning in his home, was conducted by the Rev. J. E. Sibert at 3 o’clock Friday afternoon in the Astoria Evangelical United Brethren church. Mr. Danner had been in ill health for several months.

Born March 14, 1896 near Bader, a son of Levi and Ferbie (Stambaugh) Danner, he was married on Sept. 18, 1929 to Dollie Stambaugh who survives.

Surviving also are a son, Galen Danner, a brother, Edward Danner, a sister, Mrs. Beulah Kelly, and two grandchildren, Gene and Debby Jo Danner, all of Browning.

Mr. Danner was a member of the Bader christian church.

Burial was in Astoria cemetery.

The Shawgo Funeral Home had charge of the services.
