William Dutton Retired Farmer Dies At Avon

William Henry Dutton, retired farmer, died Tuesday morning, July 10th at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Sailer near Avon.

Mr. Dutton was born Dec. 25, 1868 near Astoria, a son of Asa and Martha Jane Browning Dutton. He was united in marriage to Mary Clark Nov. 7, 1900. She preceded him in death in January, 1948.

He is survived by the daughter, Mrs. Alta Sailer, a grandson, two sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Stevenson of Lawrence, Kansas, and Mrs. Bertha Clark, Bartonville.

Funeral services were held Friday at 2 p.m., at the Brand Funeral Home in Avon, with the Rev. Irvin Connor of Hillsdale in charge. Burial was in the Holeman cemetery.
