SALEM — Albert Derry died at his home about 9 o'clock Sunday evening of typhoid fever. Funeral was held at the home Tuesday at 10 a.m., conducted by Rev. Leach. A large concourse of people followed the remains to Vermont where the burial took place. Mr. Derry was born Dec. 17, 1848. Died Aug. 31, 1902, aged 53 yrs., 8 months and 14 days. He leaves a wife and one daughter, three brothers and four sisters, besides a host of friends to mourn his demise.

VERMONT — Albert Derry died at his home near Rose Chapel last Sunday night after long suffering with that dread disease, kidney trouble, which finally terminated in paralysis. He was laid away in the cemetery here. A large concourse of friends followed the remains to its last resting place. Rev. Leach officiating.
