She was born April 9, 1933, in Schuyler County, a daughter of Charles Henry and Lela Haynes Burnside.
Surviving are three children, Steven Charles (and Sarah) Knous of Basalt, Colo., and Lisa Marie (and Tony) Jones and Lori Ann Knous, both of Springfield; two sisters, Marjorie Tyrell of Camp Verde, Ariz., and Lucille (and David) Morgan of Rushville; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Heaton and infant Judy Ann Burnside; and one infant brother, Jack Haynes Burnside.
There will be no services. Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville is in charge of arrangements.
