Malcolm Clark Sr.

Malcolm G. Clark Sr., 87, of La Crosse died Feb. 4, 2018, at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse.

He was born March 8, 1930, in Rushville, the son of Edward ‘Ghlee’ and Marie Horton Clark.

Surviving are his wife, Darline Pasewaldt Clark; one daughter, Pamela; and one son, Malcolm Jr.

He was a long-time resident of Astoria.

He was employed many years with what was then the Central Illinois Public Service Company. He was an accomplished artist and wood carver of waterfowl and game birds, participating in national contests across the country.

A member of Ducks Unlimited, he donated carvings to the area Ducks Unlimited banquets. He also was a conservator and did restorative work for the La Crosse County Historical Society and the Swarthout Museum. He was a member of the Upper Mississippi River Advisory Committee.

There will be no services. The Schumacher–Kish Funeral and Cremation Services, La Crosse Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
