CLYDE M. “BUD” CLEMENS

VeteranClyde “Bud” Clemens

Clyde “Bud” M. Clemens, 70, of Ipava died at 1:05 p.m. Jan. 9, 2017, at Heartland Healthcare Center in Galesburg.

He was born Aug. 23, 1946, in Ipava, a son of Maurice and Edith Worley Clemens.

Surviving are one son, Wesley (and Tess) Clemens of Memphis, Tenn.; one sister, Connie (and Paul) Ford of Counce; one brother, Jerry (and LuElla) Sears of Seneca; and two grandchildren.

He retired from UPS.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1966-69.

He attended Memphis State University.

Cremation Rites have been accorded. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, at the Ipava Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Kessler officiating. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the ASPCA.
