Terrance Allen Cozadd Sr., 79, of Avon died at 7:35 p.m. Oct. 27, 2016, at OSF St. Mary Hospital in Galesburg.
He was born May 11, 1937, in Astoria, the son of Glen J. and Martha L. Grimmer Cozadd.
Surviving are nine children; one sister, Kathy (and Maurice) Cox of Vermont; several grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Timothy and Mark Cozadd.
Cremation Rites have been accorded. Memorial visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. Friday at the Corman Memorial Home in Avon. Private inurnment will be held at Summum Cemetery.
