She was born Sept. 8, 1963, in Havana, the daughter of Jerry and Evelyn Richardson Carlock of Bath.
Surviving are her parents; two brothers, Mike (and Bobbi) Carlock of Bath and Chris (and Pamela) Carlock of Astoria; nieces and nephews, Michael (and Jess LaMaster) Carlock, Mary (and Robert) Ushman, Samantha Carlock, Gabrielle Carlock, Larissa Carlock and Madalyn Carlock; and one great-niece, Lydia Carlock.
She was employed at Em’s Haven of Rest in Havana.
She was an active member of 1st Baptist Church of Bath.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Bath Cemetery with Rev. Mike Hopps officiating. Hurley Funeral Home in Havana is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in her honor.
