She was born April 8, 1966, in Macomb, a daughter of Bill and Diana Coultas. They survive.
Also surviving are one brother, Scott (and Dawn) Coultas of Wesley Chapel, Fla.; one sister, Jennifer (and Dominick Brybag)Beswick of Macomb; three aunts, Carol Oitker, Joan (and Jim) Lane and Shirley Motley; two uncles, Danny (and Debbie) Henderson and Dean (and Pearl) Coultas; one niece; and four nephews.
Private family services will be held at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville. Inurnment will follow in Industry Cemetery.
