Ida C. Clanin, 91, of Astoria died at 12:27 a.m. July 19, 2010, at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She was born July 14, 1919, in Kerton Township, Schuyler County, a daughter of Walter E. and Hattie Mae Derry Weese. She married Robert W. Clanin on Sept. 18, 1937, in Muscatine, Iowa. He preceded her in death on Nov. 21, 1992.
She also was preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters.
Surviving are two sons, Robert E. (and Kim) Clanin of Roseville, Calif., and Wendell W. (and Alice) Clanin of Astoria; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Grace Bible Church of Astoria.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Gary Schultz officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Summum Cemetery.
