She was born Dec. 4, 1991, in Canton, a daughter of John and Tammy Hunkeapillar Chambers.
Surviving are her mother of Lewistown; her father of Havana; three sisters, Bobbysue Chambers, Sarah Chambers and Khrissa Chambers, all of Lewistown; grandparents, Bob and Sue Hunkeapillar of Ipava and David and Joyce Chambers of Lewistown.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents.
She worked as a caregiver.
She attended Riverside Community Church in Peoria.
Services will be held at noon Thursday at Lewistown Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Frank Shaw officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown. Visitation will be held two hours prior to services at the church. Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown is in charge of arrangements.
