Kyle D. Chamberlain, 79, of Pittsfield died Nov. 14, 2006, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
He was born March 16, 1927, in Pittsfield, a son of A.V. and Sue Easley Chamberlain. He married Marilyn E. Kiser on June 7, 1953, in Detroit. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Kylene (and Tim) Worstell of Camdenton, Mo., and Paula (and Craig) McLauglin of Lewistown; one brother, Neal (and Bernice) of Champaign; three sisters, Marilyn (and Jim) Matthews of Griggsville, Ruth Weil and Esther (and Cecil) Bowen, both of Sherman; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Aaron and Keith; two sisters, Mary and Barbara; and one great-grandchild, Mason Allen Worstell.
Services were held Monday at Detroit Christian Church with Pastor Keith Warner officiating. Burial was in Blue River Cemetery in Detroit with military rites by Pittsfield Post 152. Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield was in charge of arrangements.
