Dorothy Cox, 94, of Macomb, formerly of Vermont, died at 7:20 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2000, at the Elms Nursing Home in Macomb.
She was born Dec. 19, 1905, in Blandinsville, a daughter of Charles and Florence Ashby Fisher. She married Willard Rudoph in 1933. He died in 1940. She later married Clyde Cox. He died in 1969.
She also was preceded in death by four brothers, including one in infancy; four sisters, including one in infancy; and one nephew.
One sister, Ruth (and Henry) Hobby of Blandinsville, survives.
Services were held at Banks and Beals Funeral Home in LaHarpe with Rev. Bruce Goettsche officiating. Burial was in Glade City Cemetery in Blandinsville.
