LEO F. COLLINS

Leo F. Collins, 77, of Cuba, died at 10:10 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, 1997, at Graham Hospital in Canton.

He was born May 17, 1920, in Lewistown, a son of Charles D. and Ollie M. Fouts Collins. He married Melba B. Schisler on March 14, 1949, in Havana. She survives.

Also surviving are one son, Phillip Collins of Cuba; one daughter, Martha Dovey of Las Vegas; and two granddaughters.

Three brothers preceded him in death.

He was a World War II Army veteran. He was a carpenter and farmer. He retired in 1983 from Oscar Mayer Food Co. after 16 years. He was a member of Central Christian Church in Browning.

Services were held Monday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Revs. Rodney Ruberg and Stephen Colangelo officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Fiatt Christian Church in Fiatt.
