Alice Cadwalader, 93, of Bushnell, died at 4:58 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, 1996, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
She was born March 4, 1903, in Marietta, a daughter of William and Della Wallace Hart. She married Lawrence Cadwalader on Aug. 24, 1921, in New Philadelphia. He died Oct. 26, 1981. She also was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Surviving are one [son], Robert Cadwalader of Hot Springs Village, Ark.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother, Homer Hart of Marietta.
She and her husband farmed in Fulton and McDonough counties, retiring to Bushnell in 1980.
Funeral services were held Saturday at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home with Rev. Mary Jo Williams officiating. Burial was in Bushnell Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Point Pleasant United Methodist Church.
