Marcus C. Craft, 85, of Grand Junction, Colo., died at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 22, 1980, at Grand Junction. Mr. Craft had resided at Grand Junction the past ten months. He had operated a hide and wool business throughout Illinois before his retirement.
He was born Mar. 5, 1895, in Vermont where he spent his childhood. He attended Knox College in Galesburg.
He was a member of the Congregational Church, past national president of Anhydrous Ammonia Assoc., and an active alumnus of Phi Delta Theta fraternity.
Survivors include three daughters, Betty Lou Rouse of Springfield, Ill., Ann Moss of Grand Junction, Colo., and Gail Parker of McAllen, Tex.; one son, Jacob Craft of Wichita Falls, Tex.; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
