Miss Olive Cox Of Vermont Dies

Miss Olive Louise Cox, 75, of Vermont, died at 8:28 a.m. Friday, July 18, 1980, at Culbertson Hospital in Rushville.

Miss Cox was born in Galesburg, Aug. 6, 1904, a daughter of Theodore and Lilie Oviatt Cox.

She was a music teacher in the Vermont and Table Grove Schools, and was a member of Sigma Alpha Iota music sorority, and the Vermont Christian Church.

Miss Cox is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Mary Ann Bengtson of Galesburg, Mrs. Doris Wixom and Miss Sybil Cox, both of Vermont.

Two sisters died previously.

Private funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Cox residence with Rev. Dan Roberts officiating. Burial was in the Vermont Cemetery.
