Vermont Woman Dies Of Typhoid Fever, Pneumonia

Miss Fanchion Electa Corbitt, 44, of Vermont, died Friday at the St. Francis hospital, Macomb. Death was attributed to typhoid fever and pneumonia. She had entered the hospital last Saturday after having been ill a few days at home.

Miss Corbitt had been employed several years as a clerk in the postoffice at Vermont.

She was born Aug. 26, 1906 at Vermont, a daughter of Earl and Ella Smith Corbitt who survive. A brother, Herschel Corbitt of Canton, also survives. Miss Corbitt was a member of the Sorosis class of the Vermont Christian church and the Tri-State lodge.
