VERMONT — Died, at his home in this city, Friday, Dec. 5, Leander Cassidy, a well-known and prominent citizen of this community. The deceased was a member of the Blue lodge of Vermont, the Rushville commandery, and also belonged to the Odd Fellows' order. The funeral services were conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. under the auspices of the Masonic order, about one hundred Masons being present from his own and neighboring towns. Quite a number of Knight Templars were in line in uniform.
