She was born Nov. 30, 1943, in Beardstown, a daughter of John and Alice LeMaster Kuzma. She married Louie Bedenbender on June 25, 1959, in Beardstown. He survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Kathy (and Tim) Wickert of Adair, Lou Ann (and Roger) Kirkham of Brooklyn and Kelley Gillham of Rushville; one son, Faron Bedenbender (and partner Maggie Cardot) of Havana; two sisters, Rebecca Kimmer of Clinton, Iowa, and Edith Roby of Rushville; one brother, William “Dick” Gladwell of Medford, Ore.; and 42 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, Christopher Thompson; and one great-granddaughter, Skylar Clark.
She attended Spoon River College where she received her LPN license.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Palm Cemetery, west of Rushville with Reverend Rob Kirkham officiating. Inurnment will follow. There will be no visitation. Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville is in charge of arrangements.
