She was born March 12, 1928, in Gibson, Okla., a daughter of Orville and Stella Jackson Leach. She married Robert Henry Lindsey on Aug. 4, 1945. He died Jan. 1, 1969. She later married Ernest Leroy Brown on Aug. 23, 1985. He died Jan. 21, 2008.
She also was preceded in death by two daughters, Susie and Cathy; one brother; and four sisters.
Surviving are one daughter, Gwen (and Clifton) Randall of Lewistown; four grandchildren, Jamie (and Zac) Royer of Rushville, Jeremy (and Elisha) Osborne of Canton, Christopher Randall of Lewistown and Tim (and Stephanie) Randall of West Plains, Mo.; and nine great-grandchildren.
She had owned and operated the former Brown’s Nursery in Fairdealing, Mo.
Services were held Friday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Pastor Mike Henson officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery.
