Norma C. Brockley, 91, of Vermont died at 11:20 a.m. Dec. 23, 2021, at her home.Norma C. Brockley, 91, of Vermont died at 11:20 a.m. Dec. 23, 2021, at her home.
She was born June 11, 1930, in Macomb, the daughter of Charlie and Ada Gossage Morrell. She married David Brockley of Vermont. He survives.
Also surviving are three children, Rhonda (and Terry) Wrestler of Macomb, Ronnie Brockley of Table Grove and Rodney Brockley of Rushville; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Keith Morrell.
She spent her life helping her husband in all facets of farming. There were no challenges that she didn’t face and overcome including being a survivor of breast cancer and colon cancer.
A graveside service was held Friday in the Vermont Cemetery with Pastor Cody Stinnett officiating. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria was in charge of arrangements.
