She was born Aug. 24, 1956, in Canton, a daughter of Donal and Wilma France Bassett.
Surviving are her husband Chuck Barclay; one brother, Dennis Bassett of Nashville, Tenn.; one daughter, Allie (and Dan) Ingler of Newburgh, Ind.; and two grandchildren.
She graduated from VIT High School in Table Grove in 1974. She spent most of her working years as a pharmacy technician and later enjoyed cleaning houses.
A visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St., in Newburgh, Ind., with a graveside service at a later date in Vermont.
Memorials may be made to the Warrick Humane Society.
