She was born March 29, 1931, in Ipava, the daughter of Bruce and Mary Alice McGrew David. She married Loren Baker on Aug. 6, 1949, in Ipava. He preceded her in death on Oct. 26, 2010.
She also was preceded in death by two sons, Jim Baker and Dale Baker; one brother, Harold David and one brother in infancy, baby David.
Surviving are one daughter, Judy (and Mike) Julien of Good Hope; one son, David Baker of Sciota; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She lived in Good Hope since 1963. She was a homemaker and farm wife and worked several years as an Avon sales representative. She is a member of Good Hope United Methodist Church.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be a graveside service at a later date. Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb was in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to Good Hope United Methodist Church, the Good Hope Fire and Rescue Squad or St. Jude’s.
