She was born July 13, 1934, in Somers Point, N.J., a daughter of Alphonse R. and Frieda Keller Belanger. She married Charles Berry on Sept. 18, 1954, in Middletown, N.Y. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, David (and Joanne) Berry of Glen Carbon; one daughter, Kim (and Rocky) Root of Rushville; five grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She graduated from St. Lawrence University. She was a former member of the Junior League of Middleton, N.Y. She was a member of the Rushville Chapter A. L. PEO, involved in Girl Scouts and a member of several golf leagues at Scripps Park. She also helped with many community fund drives.
There will be no services.
