Ray Andrew “Dickie” Bailey, 57, of Havana died at 7:25 a.m. Nov. 8, 2016, at his home.
He was born April 26, 1959, in Peoria, a son of Bob and Norma Stetler Bailey. He married Debbie Danner on Sept. 2, 1979, in Havana. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, J.R. (and Jennifer) Bailey of Middletown and Michael Ray Bailey of Peoria; two brothers, Lummy (and Rena) Collins of Tremont and Albert Bailey of California; four sisters, Gwynne Pirtle (and Lee) Benson, Janet Livingston of Havana, Angela Lippert of Kilbourne and Colleen Sarnes of Havana; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Regina Bailey.
He had worked as a general contractor for the past 30 years.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a Celebration of Life was held Saturday, Nov. 12. Hurley Funeral Home in Havana was in charge of arrangements.
