He was born Aug. 31, 1960, in Rushville, a son of Robert R. and Harriett J. Robeson Billingsley.
Surviving are three brothers, Larry (and Bonnie) Billingsley and Randall (and Jane) Billingsley, both of Rushville, and Mark (and Penny) Billingsley of Cuba; three stepchildren, Amy Deeter, Angie Toolate and Roy Lung; and three step grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one nephew, Tony Billingsley.
He graduated from Rushville High School with the class of 1978.
He worked in Rushville grocery stores for 36 years and had his own lawn care business.
A celebration of life gathering was held Friday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville. Private inurnment will be in Good Hope Cemetery at a later date.
