She was born June 16, 1927, in Rushville Township, Schuyler County, a daughter of Elza and Lena Sandidge Robeson. She married Robert R. Billingsley on July 14, 1943, in Rushville. He preceded her in death on Oct. 10, 2001.
She also was preceded in death by one grandson, Tony Billingsley; one brother, William Robeson; and two sisters, Thelma Roberts and Sarah Root.
Surviving are four sons, Larry (and Bonnie) Billingsley, Randall (and Jane) Billingsley and Tracey Billingsley, all of Rushville and Mark (and Penny) Billingsley of Cuba; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was an Avon representative for 38 years. She was a member of Women of the Moose Lodge.
Services were held Tuesday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. Larry DeSha officiating. Burial was in Good Hope Cemetery northeast of Rushville.
