Lena M. Bricker, 92, of Astoria died at 11:45 p.m. Feb. 10, 2010, at home.
She was born Nov. 1, 1917, in North Vernon, Ind., a daughter of Homer and Bessie Spencer Burtch. She married Homer Diamond in 1935. He died in 1957. She then married Harold “Fuzzy” Bricker in 1960, in Astoria. He died Oct. 23, 1986.
She also was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Baker and Ilus Barnard.
Surviving are one sister, Merle J. Burkema of Oak Brook; and several nieces and nephews.
She worked at Vermont Foundry in Vermont.
Services were held Friday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Gary Sheets officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery.
