Jo Ann Bishop, 54, of Cable, Ohio, formerly of Smithfield, died Dec. 25, 2006, at her home.
She was born Dec. 12, 1952, in Canton, a daughter of Henry and Maxine Little Ford. She married Harold L. “Shorty” Bishop Sr. He survives.
Also surviving are her mother of Smithfield; one daughter, Tonya (and Kevin) Engle of Degraff, Ohio; two sons, Harold L. Jr. of Columbus, Ohio, and Carl D.; four brothers, Harold (and Arlene) Ford of Geneseo, Henry Alan (and Susan) Ford of Lewistown, Lee (and Linda) Ford of Smithfield and Robert (and Cindy) Ford of Forrest; one sister, Carolyn (and Kenneth) English of Bushnell; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Services were held Saturday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba with Rev. Stacy Tomich officiating. Burial was at Howard Cemetery in rural Smithfield.
