David BerryDavid BerryDavid A. Berry, 55, of Bartonville, formerly of Bushnell, died at 11 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, 2001, at Veterans Administration Illiana Health Care System in Danville.
He was born Sept. 6, 1945, in Canton, a son of Ralph and Beulah White Berry.
Surviving are his mother of Bartonville; one son, David Palm of Table Grove; two daughters, Kristina Hulsey of Union, Mo., and Brandy Berry of St. Louis; one brother, Ralph of Kansas City, Kan.; and two grandchildren.
His father and one brother preceded him in death.
He was a Vietnam War Army veteran, serving with the 1st Calvary Division.
He was a truck driver and worked for his uncle Loren Berry.
Services were held Monday at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home with Rev. Martha Scaff officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Fairview.
