She was born April 23, 1909, in Fulton County, a daughter of John S. and Tena Harn Leonard. She married Harry L. Beaird Sr. on June 9, 1941, in Keokuk, Iowa. He died March 22, 1972.
She also was preceded in death by one stepson, Leslie Beaird, one half sister and two half brothers.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Richard (Shirley) Robinson of Astoria; one grandson, Terry Robinson of Marietta; one granddaughter, Tammy Robinson of Astoria; and six great-grandchildren.
She attended Smithfield Church of the Nazarene.
Services were Tuesday at Henry Memorial Home in Cuba with Rev. Layton Malone officiating. Burial was in the Howard Cemetery in rural Smithfield.
