Rita Jane Bohanan, 42, of rural Ashland, died Thursday, March 18, 1999, in Ashland.
She was born Aug. 8, 1956, in Astoria, a daughter of Donald Wayne and Edna Louise Chenoweth Young.
Surviving are one daughter, Jessica Louise Young of Ashland; one son, Adrian Levi Dallas Bohanan of Ashland; her parents, Donald and Edna Young of Clarksville, Ark.; two brothers, William Young of Macon, Mo., and Darrell Young of Wright, Wyo.; one sister, Anita Horger of Round Top, Texas; one grandmother, Wilma Chenoweth of Macomb; three nephews and one niece.
She was a 1974 graduate of Astoria High School. She was employed as a CNA for Lewis Memorial Christian Village.
Graveside services were held this morning at Ashland City Cemetery. Massie-Buchanan Funeral Home in Ashland was in charge of arrangements.
