Bryce A. Bolton Dies At Age 55

Relatives and friends of Fulton County have learned of the passing of Bryce A. Bolton.

Funeral mass was said for Bryce A. Bolton, 55, of Issaquah, Wash. at 9 a.m. April 17, 1991, at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

He was born May 17, 1935 in Macomb, Ill. to Arthur and Ruth (France) Bolton. He attended school in Ipava, where his father was superintendent, graduating later from Keithsburg High School. He earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Illinois.

On June 15, 1957 he married Polly Michelon in Rockford. He and his wife moved to the Northwest the same year. For 22 years, Mr. Bolton was a structural dynamics engineer for the Boeing Company. He was founder and owner of Interlake Printing and Graphics in Redmond, Wash. He retired from the business in 1989. An Issaquah resident since 1972, he enjoyed duck hunting, fishing and playing duplicate bridge in his free time.

Surviving family members include his wife, Polly; sons Blake and wife Sharrie of Federal Way, Stuart of Redmond and Barry of Des Moines; his daughter and son-in-law, Kristen and Terry Porter of Phoenix, Ariz.; and two grandchildren, Jamie and Evan Bolton; a sister, Joyce Mattson, Joppa, Md.; two nieces, Cheryl and Cindi, who live in the east; and a nephew Brian, Hawaii.

His parents will be remembered as former teachers in Fulton County.
